The parish Finance and Human Resources Committee was established in 2011 and meets monthly in Zebon Copse Centre to manage council finances, generate recommendations to full council on major financial and unbudgeted issues, and to manage personnel issues for parish employees.

From January 2016 Finance and HR Committee meetings are held jointly with the Planning Committee with planning preceding finance.
